CAVA

This cava location disappointed me on both visits. The first visit, the employee helping me did not know anything i was asking for or she kept asking me to repeat myself every time I spoke. I started to wonder if sound travels poorly here. I didn’t mind at first because I thought maybe it’s her first day. But when I asked for Tzatziki, she said there is none left. How disappointing CAVA runs out of tzatziki at 7 pm. But it’s also not the end of the world. When I get to the cashier, she begins to ALMOST ring me up but all the employees paused their work to give another customer at Pick-up their undivided attention. So I’m standing there for an awkward 2 minutes waiting to be rung up because apparently only the cashier can help this customer at pick up. I thought to myself “ why does it tak

I’m usually a big fan of Cava, so I was really excited when the Assembly Square location opened. Unfortunately, after visiting several times since the opening, the experience hasn’t matched the quality I’m used to at other Cava locations. The kitchen and counter areas have been noticeably messy, the rice was dry, the salads were soggy, and the portions were much smaller than expected. The staff also didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. Overall, not the standard I expect from Cava. I hope things improve, because I really want this location to succeed.

Jeff, Brittney, and Dante were amazing! The customer service was excellent and their energy made the whole experience even better. We were greeted right away, they explained the ingredients in detail, and were genuinely kind and welcoming throughout. Thank you all for the great service!

I love the place in general but lately I have experienced the meatballs raw in this place in Somerville. Be careful. You are serving food. You need to be extra careful with the cooking procedure. The lentils are also way overcooked and almost ruin my teeth chewing them. I gave it 2 stars cause Cava is a good place when things are done right.

So good! Tastes so refreshing and flavorful. Finished feeling full but healthy and satisfied. PITA CHIPS ARE A MUST
