I don't come here often but I know to expect great quality food and service. I came during my lunch hour and was a bit bothered when I was charged for an extra portion of falafel when I got a half portion of falafel and a half portion of lamb balls. But I went back to the end of the line and had to wait until I got up to the register to correct it. That wasted a good chunk of my lunch break. Then when I got to the cashier to explain what happened, their manager wanted to know what all was in my bowl. The guy who put the bowl together was literally there and couldn't speak up to say that I was wrong and they charged me wrong. I was not about to waste more time arguing my point. So I told the manager to refund me or give me the extra portion. I dont have time for this. What would have be

CeCe was AMAZING!!! This was my friend’s first time at Cava and she gave an excellent and thorough overview of the menu. Offered her personal recommendations along with what is popular amongst those that come often. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She made me look really good since Cava was my recommendation! Food was great as always but the service far exceeded expectations.

Never disappoints . I get a steak bowl with spinach, white rice, and a scoop of black lentils. I get a scoop of hummus and taziki sauce. I put plenty of Greek olives, cucumber, and a lot of feta. I top it off with the most delicious dill dressing 😋 definitely a 10 outta 10 The workers are very efficient and friendly. I visited the location closest to me and they were out of everything except veggies and salad. So they pointed me to Southlake. I'm glad i decided to drive those extra 15 mins. I just picked up Harissa Avocado bowl for $16.72. The quantity is pitiful. The tiny half avocado was stale. The worst part, they pretend to give two servings of chicken. She picked chicken with a serving spoon and shakes it off to retain only half of it, then she repeats it for the second time to trick us into giving two servings. I asked her why she shakes it off. She says, that’s the right quantity. The quantity used to be almost to the top of the bowl just a few months ago, now it’s not even half the bowl. They fluff up the bowl at the bottom with a lot of lettuce. Either Cava has gone down the hill or this store is shutting down soon for this kind of trickery and cheating customers paying full prices for half the food.

1st time at CAVA! Johnathan and the new young hispanic lady were AWESOME! They broke down how to build a bowl made my experience personal and fun. Best customer service and top notch quality food. Will definitely be coming back. Not just because of the food but of the service. CAVA corporate you did a great job hiring Johnathan!
