CAVA

I usually enjoy CAVA for its fresh ingredients and customizable bowls, but my recent experience was very concerning. While eating, I found pieces of sharp plastic in my wrap that nearly cut my mouth. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious safety hazard. Food quality and safety should always be the top priority, and this incident left me feeling uneasy about returning. I hope CAVA takes this matter seriously, investigates how this happened, and ensures stricter quality control so that no other customer has to face such a dangerous situation.

Perfect first time visit!!!! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome! They each took time to explain the menu and all the food options and varieties. I also appreciated the different drink options. Beyond excellent customer service! Also the food did not disappoint. Super flavorful. We will be returning!

First time eating at Cava. What an experience! The two gentlemen that helped us, took us through the whole process of how to build our bowl. They answered all our questions on what each food choice was. Let me tell you... first bite was like awakening of my taste buds!! My bowl was packed full of vibrant flavors! And... on top of it all..at the register I said I've got this.. and the lady said "We've got this!" I was impressed!! Because of our first time in. Did not expect that! But Thank you Cava!!

Food is made fresh right in front of you. Nice atmosphere, but more of an In-N-Out type of place. Service is always is great! I can always count on Jodi, landon, and Jordan to greet me with a smile and serve my food quickly and how I like it. That Greek chicken Pita hits! Give them a try!

Yo this is the spot! Always good. Service is great! & Jodi is the best. He always makes the visit even better. I always get a veggie falafel bowl. I brought my cousin here for the first time & she loved it! Here’s a picture of her Spicy Lamb bowl. 😊
