CAVA

I have zero idea how this location has a 4.6 stars. I travel for work and go to various other Cava locations and this is by far the worst. CAVA.....if your employees can not follow directions on order modifications either take away the option or get better staff. There's zero reason why I should request my sauces and dips on the side and so much of my order missing. I ordered Pick up to avoid standing in a long slow line for a reason. Not because I want the "lite" version of my order for the same price as a regular order. Ordered a kids meal with 2 side dips. Both were missing as well as the pita chips. Ordered extra vegetable on my wife's order. They put 1 Brussel sprout cut in half and extremely skimpy on the meat. Might as well have Ordered the vegetarian version. Now my meal. Side sauc

Stopped by the CAVA in Union and had an awesome experience thanks to Danny. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell she actually cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Service like that makes a big difference — definitely deserves recognition. I’ll be back for sure!

My experience at this cava was nothing short of welcoming, kind and positive. The manager, Jimmy, made sure to ask if the portion size was acceptable each time another topping was added. The food was fresh and delicious as well. I will be back!

Angel was so helpful today! I accidentally added feta to my order, and he kindly offered to remake my bowl without hesitation. His patience and kindness really stood out. Thank you for the great customer service!

Absolutely love coming to this Cava! And will always come out of my way for this one specifically, especially when Engel is on staff because the food is always fresh, stocked and the best avocados are there 😆.. Staff is always friendly and always let me try anything, including promo items..
