This spot is definitely a must if you enjoy food like chipotle or moe's, but you're looking for something just a bit healthier! They have a large variety of different salads, different hummuses, different dips and sauces. You go through the line hey, pick what you want to eat. They have salads, meat rice, sauces, extra vegetables. The sweet potatoes are amazing! The lead there, John, super helpful. He helped me pick what I wanted to eat as well as what I wanted to drink. The place is very clean. Definitely a little spot to stop by! Service was great, and we got our food very quickly as well.

this is one of my favorite spots to eat in Winston-Salem I love a good saffron rice bowl with romaine lettuce. it's always packed here. It seems like so. There is sometimes a wait in line for lunch and dinner pretty much a busier times of the day. I just downloaded the app to get points and maybe a free bowl soon! The staff is friendly haven't tried their drinks yet, but I heard the lavender tea is good.

Tried it again today - same issues! Closing shift must not do anything and opening shift is only there to take orders. If this were the only time I came through Winston-Salem and stopped here at 11-11:45 for a salad, then I’d write it off as a bad day, but this is a pattern (see my review from 3 months ago below). It’s clearly before the main lunch rush. I failed to take a pic of the beverage station but noticed it was almost empty of certain options as well and the last time I ordered tea from my app and walked in and saw the low level and it tasted like skunk water, I knew I would never pay for a beverage here again. I have been to Cava many times and loved it, but after this experience, I don't know if I will go back to this location. I had ordered a bowl for take out. When I got home, I realized that it was basically only sauces and grains.. maybe two leaves and one tiny piece of lamb. It was a sloppy mess. I am not sure if it was a new hire or maybe they were running out of ingredients. Disappointing.
