Customer Service needs improvement (meaning orders are not usuallyready on time, have to wait extra time). The staff (meaning the girls up front are nice enough and trys to get you in and out fast).

Horrible customer service!!! Literally was standing there for 15-20 mins and no one came to take my order! Even when I said excuse me can someone help me the lady literally said hold on each time and never came! So many people ended up walking out because of the wait time and not being served! They pissed me off so bad and it’s when I’m walking out the lady like love what did you need?! Girl bye! 1 STAR ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

The food and patties here are good and sold at a reasonable price however, their customer service is terrible! You have to wait in long lines just to order 1 thing. You can easily spend an hour in there just waiting for your food even if you call ahead. And the Employees are rude as hell 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Everytime I get spaghetti from them, it’s like they give you food from the day before. The spaghetti I recieved today was horrible! It’s hard and staleeeeeee! It’s disrespectful and disgusting.

This place is shut down by the city due to sanitary violations. As per the report on news, inspectors reported seeing a live rodent, more than 10 rodent droppings, and live and dead roaches in the kitchen. These people should be out of business forever.
