CBS BBQ

Let me start by saying YUMMY. First time going and the food was delicious. Ordered half of chicken got my money worth that sauce was delicious. The dressing was decent but I did not like the baked beans they were no FLAVOR at ALL. Turkey wings were cool. Sweet potatoes were decent they still were crunchy. And the greens were flavorful.now the peach cobbler for some reason reminds me of a jelly donut type texture. Wasn't really sweet it was decent, the corn bread was sweeter than the cobbler. But it was cool they didn't sell turkey ribs today so I have to go back and taste that. I will return. Hopefully the turkey ribs have that BBQ sauce on it

Today is my first time ordering food from here. The food is so delicious. I ordered the Rib dinner, with cabbage and candy yams. All I can say is yummie. My friend ordered the Meatloaf meal. He had dressing. I had to order me a side of dressing because it was so good. I will be back. For be Sure!

Very nice little place for bbq and soul food. The bbq is absolutely one of the best in town, with the traditional meats and some creative options. Their brisket and ribs are just right, tender and juicy with a nice mixture of fat and lean. Also they give you generous portions of sides and free sweet tea. Recommend the corn. Note they only open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Talk to the owner Robert and his son if you come. They are real nice people.

I normally get their greens I've had the collard greens before for some reason they didn't taste good this past Saturday on 10 11 2019 they seemed to be a little dry and too many stems the cornbread is normally moist it was a little dry as well

Had lunch here today for the first time. East Boogie holds the crown for barbecue snoots but CBS is giving them a run for the title. They were very crispy and a nice helping for the price. I may not be making as many trips across the river for my barbecue because CBS is on point!
