Central Campus Dining Hall

UVM has the best dining hall food I’ve ever experienced. Central Campus Dining Hall is quite crowded during peak meal times, however the food is excellent tasting, always fresh, and high quality. Always an abundance of healthy options, fresh fruit and vegetables, and a ton of selection. The staff are so friendly and kind as well.

Here is some food I’ve had at central. I’ve gotten less cases of food poisoning from this dining hall than I have at the grundle. Central is typically pretty good, there are always lots of different options from pre-plated, hot meal, vegetarian, and more (as shown in pictures). The staff is always super nice.

Food is good but staff are so rude. It's known across campus that Central staff are not nice. Was not even greeted by person at entrance today and ignored when asked question. Two other workers publicly started a fight using harsh language talking about another coworker in front of a bunch of students. Anyways no hate just please hire nicer ppl sydexo.

BOOOOOO CENTRAL COULD NEVER BE AS GOOD AS GRUNDLE YOU GUYS ARE SO HOSTILE AND COLD AND LAMEEEEEE

Some of the best food on campus but it's extremely crowded. Good luck finding an empty seat amongst the swarms of hungry college students. It's almost better to suffer through worse food elsewhere than to get buffeted by backpacks and pinched between the tightly packed dining chairs.
