Kailey at Central Furniture & Appliances was Awesome in assisting us with our new Kitchen Appliances for our Renovation!! She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and Patient!!! It took several visits and gathering information before we finally settled on our new Appliances. One big issue was we were going from Gas to Induction and originally wanted double ovens but couldn't fit in the space. We couldn't be happier with the Thermidor Induction Stove (36") and Dishwasher. We Love the GE Cafe Refrigerator and our Vent Hood is no frills but so much power and quiet! We bought the appliances before starting our project and they held onto them until the contractor needed them. Central Appliance Delivered and set up the Appliances!!! This was awesome and a great peace of mind. We can't recommend

Kailey is awesome! From our first inquiry regarding dishwasher availability through the official order then arrival to installation, she was very quick to respond. When we apparently used the wrong soap product and triggered a "code," technician, Rob Meader came to our rescue. Can't say enough about Central and these two!

Visited Central Furniture on Saturday and purchased a new Lazy Boy recliner. The folks at Central were just great - very helpful and friendly. Central had a sale going on and I was able to finance the purchase for 36 months at 0% interest. Central is delivering the recliner to our home in NH and will set it up and make sure it is operating correctly, as well as take away my old Lazy Boy recliner. My wife and I had previously purchased two Lazy Boy recliners, an oven, and a refrigerator from Central and we came back to Central because the folks there have always been straight-shooters and great to work with. I was at Central Furniture & Appliances about a week ago to replace my washer and dryer. Kailey (salesperson) was customer-service oriented, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the various brands/models that would work in my limited condo space. She took her time to explain the sizes, features, pricing and in some cases rebates available for the available options. I ended up purchasing an Electrolux Tower washer/dryer combo. I should mention that Kailey provided information to me on the warranty, and also available rebates and told me to reach out to her if I had any questions or problems with the rebate paperwork. I did actually send her an email with questions, and she got back to me quickly and provided the answers and additional information I needed, which I greatly apprecia

I recently went looking for a new sofa at Central Furniture and had a great shopping experience. Wallace was the salesperson I dealt with. He was so helpful, helping me with size and sofa options. Wallace was a pleasure to deal with. I love my new sofa!
