CENTRAL STATION BAR & GRILL

My wife ordered the pan seared salmon with a lemon sauce served with asparagus and a side of Risotto. I had the surf and turf, grilled shrimp and a 16oz Ribeye served with sautéed veggies. I had to send the first steak back, as I ordered mid-rare and it came mid-well. However, good flavor and the shrimp were huge. We ordered the Tiramisu, it was delicious and very rich in flavor. Our server was very attentive to our needs and the experience was a pleasurable one. It's safe to say that we will be back.

The atmosphere is great. The food is good but not remarkable. My husband grew up in the bronx and really enjoys their pizza. Crust has good texture and flavor. The chicken was very good but seemed like it could use more season. For a small town this is fine dining. Good wine selection.

The food and drinks were excellent. The atmosphere is fun and classic neighborhood bar and grill. The staff works very hard to accommodate the guests. The management could provide more staff as they seem to be meeting themselves coming and going.

Our favorite place in Yoakum! Great atmosphere, service, food and drinks. The pizza is amazing. The salmon and risotto is my favorite thing on the menu. The wings and loaded fries are really good too. Specialty martinis are so delicious! If you like margaritas be sure to ask for the pineapple jalapeño! So glad we have this restaurant in our town!

First time patrons and had heard varied reviews; so we decided to check it out ourselves. We love places where you seat yourself, but they can also be problematic for service. Not the case here. We were promptly given menus and utensils and our waitress wasn’t far behind. We were encouraged to try their Philly cheesesteak pizza and BOY OH BOY, it was the bomb-diggity. It was so delicious and reminded us totally of the sandwich we both love. Our waitress checked on us regularly, but not over bearing. Definitely will be going again and probably get the same item.
