The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the customer service really stood out. A special shoutout to the bartender, D — he was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive, and clearly knows what he’s doing behind the bar. He made our experience very enjoyable. The margaritas were absolutely incredible — easily some of the best I’ve had. Perfectly balanced and really good!

2nd time visiting Centro in a while. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The birria tacos are phenomenal. The shrimp tacos are my wife’s favorite. Brunch, happy hour and dinner you can’t go wrong. Tell Drew some Cajun sent you.

We came up from Denver after our friends and family visiting from Denmark found this gem and told us about it! It was such a fun and delicious experience. The Birria tacos and chicken enchiladas were both incredible. Huge thanks to our server, Ruby, and the bartender, Drew, for the top-notch service. Great food, great vibes—we will definitely be back!

Always great round, excellent service, and solid mezcal selection. Happy to see the mezcal come out old school classic style with worm salt, and dried crickets, and citrus palate cleanser - from Drew at the bar.
