Food was generally quite good. Given the high prices, relatively speaking, their servers could use some training. My main dish was served without anyone realizing that the appetizer should be served first. There were no less than five inquiries about the food, by different servers, including right before the main dish was finished, and that felt excessive to me. And while waiting to order desert, we noticed many servers going in and out of the kitchen, often empty-handed, and none of them looked our way.

I started with the oven-roasted Brussels sprouts salad, followed by the shrimp with purple Peruvian potato purée, mâche, and beurre blanc — every bite was refined, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The balance and creativity in the dishes truly felt gourmet. For dessert, I had the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis — rich, decadent, and the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. My fiancé had the warm Thai calamari salad and the prime ribeye, both perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The East Patchigue location gives an impression of a strip mall restaurant. Surprise! The interior design and first class ambience was further supported by the top notch service and multiple visits by the owner. The filet and salmon were perfectly prepared, presented and cooked as requested. Deserts followed to include tiramisu and flan. Note that the bathrooms were spotless with high end accessories and cloth towels. Highly recommended!
