Someone needs to tell me why ……. Please tell me why: Is that not gardening outside. Would be nice. Thanks for this place it was very quiet and clean. Grateful for all!

What a lovely library that nostalgically made me feel at home and learn that what once was is still around. I needed help with a particular request which no one was obligated to help me but an employee named Kristi was so kind, didn’t hesitate and helped. Thank you so much and thank you for being a part of the community!

This is a solid local library carrying a good mix of fiction, non fiction, and a large kids section. There are many events hosted here so check the schedule that's usually posted in the front. Holds are kept on the far left as you enter the library. The kid's section is on the far right.

Nice library that I frequent often. My only complaint is a librarian by the name of Kristi. She works on the kids side of the library and she’s not very pleasant. I’ve witnessed her on multiple occasions be rude to guests and other employees. Today, she gave a snarky comment to an employee and walked off rolling her eyes while the employee was still trying to speak with her. I felt so bad for the employee that I felt compelled to ask if they were okay. Also, I’ve noticed that she treats certain people a certain way. It’s really unfortunate to witness time and time again. I spoke with the branch manager Elena about the situation and she was warm and welcoming. I appreciate a person in a leading position being so compassionate, supportive and empathetic. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my nanny kids and I received during our visit today. We are frequent patrons of this library often visiting twice a week and have always enjoyed our time here. However, today’s experience left me shocked and upset. After a short visit to check out books, we briefly stepped outside to put them in the car. When we returned, still in the building’s entryway (not inside the library itself), one of the children saw a friend and excitedly ran ahead. A staff member I had never seen before approached us in an unnecessarily harsh and condescending tone, saying things like, “This isn’t your house, this is a public place,” and referring to the children as “reckless” and “untamed.” This was said loudly enough to frighten the children, causing them to run
