Customer Reviews
I ordered the shaanxi style hot oil noodles ($9.99) and added stewed minced pork and egg with tomato on top. When the bowl came out, my jaw actually dropped. It was the size of a mixing bowl. The portion is no joke. Also grabbed the liangpi + Chinese burger combo, also $9.99 — and the portion didn’t shrink at all. Super authentic flavors, and honestly, more than enough food for one meal. We also got three cold dishes to share, and they were all solid. Bottom line: huge portions, great value, and legit taste. If you’re in the area, definitely worth a try.
This place just opened. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. They do Xian food and have this 9.99 rou jia muo, Liang pi deal so of course I got that. This was my first time having liang pi and it came with this nutty sesame sauce and like a vinegar garlicy sauce that added a lot of flavor to the slippery noodles. It also had crunchy bean sprouts and cucumbers with these chewy gluten cubes that soaked up the sauces really well. The rou jia muo had tender umami pork with a harder clay oven like bread. Flavors are yummy but wish they gave a bit more since portions are kinda small. But this place is still lowkey pretty good.
Their rou jia mo was exactly what I was craving. Ever since I had one on the streets of Xi’An, I look for places that have them and this is one of the best I’ve found. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pork was perfectly seasoned and juicy. It was absolutely delicious and I really had to use some will power to not get a second one after our meal. Also had the mapo tofu, which was also excellent and very numbing, exactly how I like it. The menu said “if you like mapo tofu then try it with our braised beef” and it did not disappoint. Extremely tender and flavorful braised beef mixed in with the tofu made the dish even more hearty and satisfying. Highly recommend this place and if I’m ever in the area again I’m definitely coming back.
Everything was super fresh and really tasty. We had the dumplings and stir-fried noodles, and both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. They even have a sauce bar, which was a great bonus. Definitely coming back!
Great service, clean restaurant, delicious hand pulled noodles, dumplings and sides! I can’t wait to come back with more people to try more items! We had the Biang Biang noodles with pork, the hand pulled round noodles with cumin beef, beef and chive fried dumplings and bok choy- everything was so flavorful, fresh and absolutely incredible. We will be back soon!
