Chapps Burgers (South Carrier Pkwy)

As my brother was bringing me back home, from Cordicana, back to Euless, we decided to stop a Chapps, in Grand Prairie, TX.,my brother's old stomping grounds. We walked in and the restaurant is very neat neat, extremely clean and well organized. The atmosphere of this place is very relaxing, very quiet and easy to communicate and you seat your self. We walked up to the counter where our cashier was Ms. Vanessa, a lovely young lady, very welcoming and polite. She took our orders once she received our orders she read it back for accuracy. My brother had the #1 craft-your-own burger with All-Natural Black Angus Beef Burger with fried onions, pickles, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and mustard. Man how is this place not always packed out??? By far BEST Burgers around. And their hot dogs (now thats a hotdog) the fries...dont even get me started. Sweet potato fries and add some cajun seasoning, it will not disappoint!

The owners review wasn't an apology at all. Look at the pictures and how long I've been eating here and that's what they said to me. Yup you definitely care. This wasn't my first bag meal there just the worst. I've been eating here for almost 15 years. But this place must have new owners. See photos... It's of a turkey burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was greasey and tasted like it was cooked in red meat grease. Cause I don't eat red meat I could tell. But I was hungry so I ate some not all. My daughter got a quarter pound burger with cheese and Cajun fries. Fries looked burnt to me. We ordered the same size but she had twice the amount I had. But my biggest issue is the prices. The Baby Chapps burger is the BEST! Just the right size to satisfy without feeling overly stuffed. The fries are great too. The staff is always friendly, restaurant is clean and has a pleasing atmosphere. I’ll pass any fast food joint to get my hamburger craving filled at Chapps!

The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Counter service for burgers. By far some of the best burgers we have had, and the French fries had just the right crisp to them. For 2 of us it was around $40, but we would definitely go back.
