Charcoal Chicken

The food was plentiful, however the Chicken was so dry overcooked, the rice was dry as well as the plantains. Maybe the food was cooked at an earlier time and then heated again and left to cook to long. Everything was just dry. I've ordered from similar places and have never had food that was so dry. Ordered through Door Dash. Tried to call a few times but it goes to voicemail. Sent a text because I paid good money for food I could not eat. Will follow-up with Door Dash.

They don't know how to cook y'all. This place desperately needs to be overhauled and that menu needs major changes to taste and overall food quality. I encourage you to just go to Popeyes

Burritos and bowls are better than chipotle and they have shrimp the shrimp is freaking amazing I always go to a charcoal chicken spot when I get the chance

I am sad. My first time ordering here and I am never ordering here again. The cashier was super friendly but my food was unedible. The chicken has a nice taste but was still pink deep inside so it still needed more time to cook. Now this part was what made me vomit...there was a medium length hair in my food and then I found a small black hair like a nose hair or mustache hair length also in my food. I threw up what I had eaten and threw the rest in the trash. I did not bother to call them and let them know because I just want to be peaceful. I did not want a refund simply because they also have supply costs for the items they sell and I do not want to be offered anything. I hope this review helps them take into consideration food preparedness and hygiene. I just will not order ever again

Very fresh and flavorful! I ordered a steak burrito and the steak was perfectly cooked (not chewy) and marinated. The burrito filling options are chipotle-style, so you can add pico (with fresh jalapenos), lettuce, corn, whatever you like. I had sauce on the side ready to add, but it did not need it! So good on it's own and a generous portion. You will not be disappointed.
