Absolutely loved this place. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. We had the Chaufa, Shrimp Chupe and Chicharrones everything delicious!

I recently (this afternoon -lol) had the pleasure of dining at Charlatam in the Brickell area, and it was easily one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I’ve had in Miami in a long time. We stopped in for a late lunch around 3ish, and from the moment we arrived the experience was exceptional. There were three of us and we were seated at a table for four, which felt wonderfully spacious. Even after ordering several dishes, the table never felt crowded. The restaurant itself is beautifully put together with warm colors, stylish furniture, and an inviting atmosphere. The booths also deserve a mention ~they’re spacious and comfortable, unlike many that end up feeling tight. Great food, excellent service and ambience!! Our server Valentina was amazing gave us great recommendation’s. The morcilla was delicious, the coconut curry rice with shrimp 🍤 and offcourse the fried chicken also super!!!!

Loved Charlatam. The menu has something for every taste—it’s hard to choose because it all looks good. The Parrilla Charlatam with a Ribeye that melts in your mouth and crispy, Golden Fried Chicken with amazing flavor is a must. The Wantaco and Bao disappear fast, and the Quesillo with Santa Teresa Rum is top notch. Service and cocktails are incredible, and they even have a robot.
