My son goes to Dr. Gray there. She is so kind and gentle! The staff is so friendly and patient. The front desk/sign in ladies could be more engaged and smile. I have seen 3 different ones over the years and none of them are particularly friendly, some slower than other at checking ppl in. The facility itself is clean, and the dental team provides the best service I have seen of a public center. So great job to that team and those on charge of it, we are grateful for you!

Whoever you have answering the phone needs a lesson in phone etiquette. Rude and completely unprofessional!

Was treated by administrator very rudley. Does not know how to be polite and kind. The total charge to get 10 teeth cleaned was 660.00. I don't have insurance so after they adjusted it it was 150.00. The dentist were very perfessional and kind. The dental staff were also rude very direct like they are running a prison.

What is the point of having a phone number if you dont answer the phone?

My family is attempting to dispose of sharps containers as my spouse has to self-administer medication. The Charles County Health Department advised me that they have created a program that is literally designed to dispose of county residents' sharps waste containers. ANTHONY HUTCHERSON "leads" the program, yet after multiple unreturned calls/voicemails/emails, we have no direction on how to dispose of these materials safely/legally. There is no additional information on the CCDoH website other than to pay for an independent company to dispose or dispose of it yourself in the trash (no). We're not paying to dispose of sharps containers when our taxes are paying for the jobs and programs that should satisfy our needs. I'm certainly not throwing used needles in the trash (seriously).
