Charles County Emergency Services

I am a siren enthusiast in Maryland, if anyone does not know, Charles County is supposed to test their fire sirens at the Last Monday of every month at 7:00 PM ET. However when I called to ask if they were testing on the last monday, they said they switched it. Which I think is really dumb, because I have not idea why you have to switch the testing date around, it's almost like Charles County EMS is very unorganized. They managed to stay consistant with their schedule for a while until now. Stay organized with your schedule and stop changing it, it's making it unorganized at this point.
