I had an amazing experience at Charlie’s Philly Steaks. The food was phenomenal— the cheesesteak sandwiches were perfectly seasoned, with juicy meat and a crisp roll. Charleys has really tasty cheesesteaks that are fresh and full of flavor. The fries and strawberry lemonade are also really good. It’s a great place for a quick and satisfying meal.

The reason for the 3-stars is because the staff that work there are shady. My last two orders, they helped themselves and added a tip to my order - without asking me. Typically, tipping is something I always do out of my own volition and tip well. However, sneaking in an extra charge without my consent is downright theft. Pros: I've always loved this place when I had a craving for something hearty. it's located inside the mall so very convenient to get the food on the go. Advice to customers: check your receipt BEFORE you get your order so you won't get up charged for slow service.
