I wish I had checked the reviews before giving my money to this greedy business. This is absolutely disappointing for a $25 meal, surprisingly it says on the menu that it comes with an extra portion of steak which is a LIE. I tried to speak with someone but besides rude, they never tried to make up for it. Never again and I hope this helps saving other people’s money!!

I was incredibly surprised how good this place was, typically mall food is below average but this was quite delicious! Bread was phenomenal, roast beef was great! Oh and that strawberry lemonade they have is a MUST try!

Normally this brand is my favorite hot subs. We always like to have it for either lunch or dinner in Chicago. Today we traveled to Marlborough, MA, so glad we found this branch. But the service was bad, the cashier didn’t seem to want to work. We asked for chili sauce that every branch in Chicago always provides in front of the stall. She didn’t understand what chili sauce was. Keep saying no no, don’t have. The food was so salty that I can’t even finish. We ordered Philly cheese steak and chicken teriyaki.
