Charm and Manners

Went here with my entire family for a birthday dinner for sister in law. We were seated right away. We notice a live band person was setting up to play music. The waitress was not as attentive to our table as she had long periods without coming to our table. The manager went to other tables to check on customers but neglected the biggest table in the room us. The food was very very good and came out hot and fresh. It did take a little longer than I would have like for my food but when it did come out if was delicious. The waitress had us wait over 10 min to put a drink order in. We ordered alcoholic drinks and she forgot them twice. We asked her when 15-20 min past and we didn't get a drink. She said shoot i forgot was said yes you did. She eventually bought the first set of drinks out. We

Food was amazing. So glad to have stumbled upon this restaurant. I had catfish, collards, and macaroni and cheese. My friend had the same but with potato salad, which was 🔥, and the yams. We both got cornbread which was amazing also. The sweet tea was very delicious. Being from the south, it’s hard to find places that actually know how to make it. We will definitely be back again and again.

We had a large party go here for brunch and every one of us gives it 5 stars. The one dish that stands out the most is definitely the yams! they are sweet and delicious. Our server was great, even though there was a lot of us, she treated us very well. We had chicken wings, shrimp, liver and onions, fish, sausage and rice, turkey wings, pork chops and corn bead. Simply delicious. I will go back here any day of the week! Can't wait to try more dishes.

The food was delicious. What I had anyways was delicious. The cabbage didn’t look like much, but it was so good. I loved the cabbage. I love the cornbread muffins. I love the sweet potatoes that I had the shrimp that I got was good. The crab cake was good. I didn’t really care for the two wings I had but The burger, the cheddar burger with bacon juicy. It was good! 😊

I clicked on the review app before I even got my food because I was just that impressed with the service and vibe. Isyss made our experience wonderful from the minute we walk through the door. But the hostess and even a bartenders all had smiles and we're all welcoming. Now the food... It took a minute to write this because I could not get my face out of the plate. SSOOOO GOOD!
