The cashier was nice, never saw anyone else. There are places to sit & eat but they charge automatic gratuity, even for 1 person. They do have tables inside & out. If you have a larger group & want to sit in there is enough room. No one else that came in stayed to eat. They also charge a fee at $30 & it goes up as your bill does. Easy parking (pay lot, most common) very near by. The Ribs were amazing. I only tried 2 basic sides but I won’t do that again. Mac & cheese was nearly a soup. The fries were not good at all. The beef sandwich was fine but it really needs a sauce. Not uncommon, but I found it dry without it. The portions of meat were excellent. Large portions for BBQ. Really think they should post something anywhere online or in store about their fees. Ribs were excellent, very ten

Best ribs l ever had. Recommend by a local Uber driver who went to high school with Regge Jackson. Fall off the bone tender smoked meat with enough sauce was just delicious. The coleslaw & baked beans together with the meal was incredible.

Drove up from the Atlanta area to eat here. It was worth the 2 hour drive in the rain to try this place out! Our goto BBQ menu item is always a pulled pork sandwich. We skipped the slaw out of personal preference, but the slaw looked tasty and will be something we try next time. The sandwich was excellent, the BBQ sauce on it was a perfect compliment to the pork. It was definitely filling along with the side of chilli cheese fries we ordered. We were very happy with the food we ordered. I just had to stop and take some pictures before it was gone so I could do this review LOLz. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly, almost like a family reunion of complete strangers. The ribs were some of the most tender I’ve had and the fried okra was fantastic! The guy taking our order was a little agitated when one of us tried to order a sandwich instead of a plate, but I think he just wanted us to experience two sides. The potato salad was also excellent, but the baked beans weren’t really anything special. Definitely check this place out for good ribs.

We are up from Georgia on business. Conveniently located Hutton and Smith and Greenhouse breweries, we stopped in for dinner. We were treated to great BBQ ( I had the pulled pork and my associate had the brisket.) and good company, conversing with the owner, Grandpa Jimmy, his granddaughter and the rest of his team. I would highly recommend the Chatt Smoke House as an authentic Chattanooga experience
