Worst dining experience ever. Food and service both sucked. The manager was yelling the drive thru time the entire time. Then when we got to the window, she was yelling the time at us. It was so rude! The food was cold and not fresh to order. Even the fried fish patty was cold and who screws up fries?!? Worst fries I have ever eaten--not hot, tasted like the oil was old, and they were over seasoned avoid this place like the plague. The food is uneatable. We threw most of it out.

This experience was awful! We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and after ordering, we got to the window where the staff was loudly chatting and yelling, having a great time—completely ignoring us. They asked me to park and wait for my food, which ended up taking another 15 minutes. When I finally got home and opened the bag, everything was wrong. Instead of the sandwich I ordered, I received a burger slathered with so much mayonnaise that it was basically a mayo sandwich. It was disgusting. In total, we spent 35 minutes waiting for fast food, which is already unreasonable, and it was completely wrong when we got it. From my experience I've had to wait just a little bit of time for my and my family's food to be made fresh. The employees have always been pleasant. My orders have also always been accurate.

The food tasted great! My stomach felt kinda weird afterward though, not a big fan of that. Had to wait like 10 minutes after pulling up to pick up my online order... 20 minutes after I had placed it. Shake machine is down A G A I N. Place looks like it could use a deep clean. Got a machine turned around in view of the drive thru and it looked grubby. Ick.

Visited today at 1/31/2026 12:05 a.m., order 410185, got down the road and discovered my drink was a coke, went back to the restaurant to get the correct drink which was a sweet tea, was then informed they only have coke, diet coke and sprite. So, instead of informing me of this they just picked a drink, and gave it to me?? That is totally unprofessional! If an item isn't available you inform the customer and allow them to choose another item or offer a refund period! Didn't get an apology or anything, so that further acknowledged that they made the conscious decision to do what they did and absolutely didn't care. Completely unacceptable!! Also, the bun was supposed to be a sesame seed bun for this style burger, but received the other type of bun, if they ran out or transitioned to no ses
