Checkers

Was doing a doordash order and I understand they making other orders I tapped on the pick up window like 5 times the guy saw me couldn't at least be kind enough to say hey give me one second I'll be right with you just kept ignoring me. Almost 15 minutes later I got the food mind you it was empty only 1 car on drive thru. Also the waiting room if you want to call it smelled really really horrible. I'll be skipping those orders from now on won't be going there again.

Very bad experience. The service at this Checkers was extremely slow, the staff was completely disorganized, and to top it all off, they were rude. There was no organization, nobody seemed to know what they were doing, and the attitude towards customers left much to be desired. I waited far too long for a simple order, and they didn't even offer an apology. I definitely do not recommend this place and I don't plan on going back.

Fries were cold. Hot dog looked sad. The bread was in the almost stale stage. Why is your location asking people to back up? You want to prepare my food without me seeing what you're doing? If you want people to be behind the red pole, you should say that so someone doesn't have to back up after you get my payment. It's important for me to patronize EO businesses since i live here but the whole experience was disappointing and unacceptable.

Angie took our order on drive through last month and was awesome she was patient detailed oriented and kind!

The food was good and the place is organized;clean. Steve who works there is very kinda and pleasant. Diffidently going back and tell my school about it!
