Food is hot and fresh and very good I got the order just the way I wanted and my little boy gave it a thumbs up 👍🏼 .. the man taking my order was kind and got the order right out within minutes ! First time here and me and son love to eat after his therapy … so satisfied! Keep up the great work … customer service was amazing

Let me start off by saying if they didn't have the ai bot taking orders, it would be 5 star. That system sucks. But after that, the experience was great, the window guy was super friendly. Food was great. Will visit again.

I give it a three stars. The drive-thru has an AI Bot taking your order. It was very confusing because it couldn't get the order right. I had to repeat it multiple times. The service wasn't bad at the window. The fries were hot. But the burger was warm at best. The price for the MVP meal is a good deal.

Ordered dinner from this place last night for my family. We recently just moved to Florence. The first experience was great but last night... I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger (Baconzilla) and there was no issues there. But my girlfriend and daughter wanted the spicy chicken sandwiches. I should have took pictures but I was tired after work and going to get food. Looked nothing like the pictures. Both sandwiches looked like a run down school cafeteria sandwich. The buns looked like dollar store bread and nothing like the pictures you see on the menu. Needless to say, they were not happy at all. My girlfriend wanted the caramel sundae. When I get there to pick up the food, I was informed that there was no sundaes. But they could give me a milkshake to replace it. That's fine.... When the

Let me start off by saying it has been awhile since I have visited Checkers in my town. When I visited Checkers today, AI Bot took my order. They got my order right. The cashier that waited on me at the drive-thru window was okay. However, my food was not good. The fries was old and somewhat hard but still warm from being under the warmer. My classic doubl cheesburger was cold when i put my hand underneath the bag and upon taking the sandwich out of the bag it was cold. Once I heated the sandwich, it was good. Overall service was terrible. I never had service like this at a Checkers before where I received cold food and unfresh fries.
