The food isn't quite how I remember from 20 years ago, I think the ingredients are probably "cheaper". The people are very nice and on the ball. Everything was hot, made fresh, made right. They use an AI to take the orders, but I always hated that job when I did fast food (too much going on for one person). The people are still paying attention and friendly when you get to the window. Just wanted to shout them out for their good work which is less likely to be noticed in this kind of business especially with the AI. Definitely a good fastfood option if you're in the area.

God bless the young lady who had to work all by herself , I hope she prosper past this post , nevertheless because of the lack of workers I'm assuming she wasnt able to deliver the experience I wanted. My fiance and I haven't even eaten there in years upon years so we tried it today and we wasted 24 dollars and why did you guys change the flavor of the strawberry shake? it's super red and taste fake now just like that rubber burger .I mean be for real the only thing that was fresh and hot was the apple pies we brought. I blame corporate for allowing this food nostalgia I had to be a bust. I want better service and my money back honestly we literally threw a whole bag of food and two shakes out in the trash at the gas station next door, 24 dollars yep . I need a refund it's simple .

I want to give this location a NEGATIVE 10 stars!!!! Unreal how terrible this small order of fries were. The crease was so black 3 guys were looking at the fry station at 1 time. I told them after they made my order over its the crease and someone is going to get sick. I didnt want to be labeled as the black hungry woman so I didn't request a refund or say how I really felt. I would not advice you to visit this location. I pray someone does get food poison. Look how brown the crease is on my fingers.. And it was 5cars ahead of me. They need to close down and clean all the crease!!! And employees

Was passing through and decided to order online. Pulled up to the box and stated I had an online order then it said please pull forward I was then told by the rude person at the window that online orders have to come inside. So not only did you waste your time but mine. Next time I will just take up more of your time while I sit there and order at the box and wait for you to make it. I had no idea you had to go inside. Maybe this should be stated when online ordering.

Really? I mean. You can't even tell it's an actual "open" restaurant. Why? Do you not realize this is the worst way to go about driving business into your location? I know I would never consider eating here. Update: You can tell it's an actual place of business now since they added words to the sign, but I feel like if you aren't already a big fan, this place is not going to change your opinion. I would say it looks run down and dirty, but saying it's a checkers\ rally's is kind of the same thing. The few left open in Indianapolis are similar, and slowly dying. Invest in your building. Appearance is everything.
