Whenever we have family visiting from the Midwest they want to visit this burger chain. They are always well pleased. Today was the same. One person got a triple Buford and he enjoyed thoroughly. Another ordered a burger with bacon and she enjoyed it as well. One of the teen wagers ordered a “brookie” which is a combination of a cookie and brownie. The fries and seasoning were perfect.

No greeting as I got to the drive thru to pick up my online order. I asked the girl who was distracted laughing with her coworkers and checking her phone before opening the window. Lady, I just wanted my food and move on with my life. I work just like yall do, in retail and fast food. I don't get yall mentality when you have customers who do online orders so that they can have minimal interaction with you and move on. The way I like it. Like, get your food and get out of my face. Lol. I don't understand why employees don't appreciate the non problematic customers. I sure appreciate them. Anyway. Customer service today was trash because of that. I had to sit and check because she wouldn't verify. Only for her to have to get it made anyway. I had to wait so I knew this order was never even p

I originally placed an online mobile order for a set time Unfortunately, I could not make it in time so my food was sitting and cold :( Luckily ,after asking the manager , they were courteous enough to remake the food freshly for me , and I appreciate that! Thank you

Stephanie at the window of drive thru told me to give her my mozzarella sticks back so she can rebook them Generally, fast-food restaurants are not supposed to take back food from a customer due to health and safety regulations. Once food is handed to a customer, it is considered potentially contaminated and must be discarded. What in the hell there's no excuses for that

I've been please with the food and service the few times I've stopped here before my late shift, but tonight I use my last 6$ to get food and was given a bag of food thrown together, the fries were turned over, the wrapper to the burger was soaked in oil, Im guessing from the fries and the food taste of old burnt grease and salt. I have no additional time to turn around to return it. It is absolutely uneatable. The crew was to busy laughing and having a good time to focus on the food.
