Ordered a Cheeseburger, chicken tenders and the nugget and fry box. They came out hot only because the cook dumped the fries in hot oil right before we pulled up to reheat them. They smell like straight donuts or funnel cakes leaving a weirdly sweet flavor when you're expecting Cajun fries. The chicken was saturated with oil and had a dark color. No seasoning and flavor like the picture on the menu. They put my fries in the bag upside down spilling them all over and saturating my napkins with grease. Also I asked for BBQ sauce for the terrible chicken and they didn't even put it in the bag. The only redeeming thing was the burger and it was still sub par. Spend an extra $5 and get Culver's. This place isn't it.

Review written 12/14/25 at 7pm The service is absolutely horrendous. I went with my boyfriend to dine-in. We waited at the window for about 15 minutes before anyone attended us. The girl looked at us and didn’t take our order until a few more minutes. We didn’t bother because we saw it was only 3 people. But when the girl finally opened the window she looked at us like we were crazy. Like why are we standing at the window. No hello, no how are you, no how can I help. She Only opened the window and raises her eyebrows. It was to the point where we asked if we can order at the window. Completely left us confused. (Girl with beige hoodie) When we finally got our food we asked for sauce. I kid you not the other girl working that shift (wearing red hoodie) DID NOT SAY A SINGLE WORD!! Absolute

Food is good. Fries are the best. When I asked for extra napkins the girl gave me two. Literally two. I have 4 kids. Two is going to do nothing. I would have paid for the napkins. She didn’t even give me the option to pay for more. She just said no. I won’t be going back.

We went tonight 10/16 at 9:20pm. I assume the staff CAN talk because someone took our order, although maybe it was AI since not one word was spoken to us after our order was taken. The employee opened the window and took our money with not a single word, handed us our food and shut the window, again without a word. Then when we had to go back because they forgot our sauce a different lady opened the window without a word, and then handed us our sauce and shut the window without a word. The food is good and well priced but it will be a hot minute before I go back if that's how they treat people.

Hello, I made a DoorDash order. The chicken was extremely hard to bite and tasted bad, making it inedible. I was not able to enjoy the meal.
