Ms. Evelyn was really nice when she took my order. Told me it would be a short wait since she just took hot fries out of the fryer. Her customer service was honestly the best I’ve ever had at this location. Definitely hope to have her take my order again in the future!

During my recent visit, I observed a situation that could be improved. I noticed a girl occupied with her phone while two other individuals were engaged in activities related to preparing a DoorDash order. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not receive any acknowledgment from the staff until approximately 30 minutes had passed, and nearly an hour elapsed before our needs were addressed. As a result, we decided to seek our meal elsewhere. Today 12/29/25 I visited Checkers and I have to say, the person taking my order in the drive-thru was kind which was pleasantly surprising. She was the same way at the window. My wait was not long compared to past visits. If they’re turning a new leaf, I like the direction they’re headed in.

I want to acknowledge the GM Vera that I have encountered my last 6-7 visits as being smooth, easy, docile, and kind/friendly. She absolutely awesome and makes my day so so happy. Thank you for having her as part of your organization. She is five stars plus

Love coming here and seeing Vera. She is by far the best person I met who is always positive. Customer service skills is always wonderful. As long as she is around I’ll be here
