Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

We had a lovely time here. We were seated immediately, and the hostess was very friendly. Our waitress was nice and even the busman helped us when we had questions. I will definitely come back again.

Ate here recently. Had a chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was amazing! The crust was thin not hard and chunky making it impossible to eat. The chicken itself was so tender and delicious. My husband had a burger which tasted grilled and was also wonderful! The service was slow but apparently there was a big party. And it could use a cleaning and fresh plants. The current ones were dead and there were cobwebs visible.

Honestly tonight was the second time we visited this location, because our first experience was a disaster and we wanted to give it a second chance. Today was no different, the restaurant was dirty, carpets are filthy, was are stained, and it has this weird stench to it. Then the hostess is in serious need of customer service training as well as the servers. We order the spinach dip as an appetizer and it never made it to the table just to the check. The waitress was not to be found so busboy brings the food to the table, we asked him for refills and to remove the spinach dip from the check since it never got to us and we didn’t want it anymore. We also asked him for Tabasco sauce and for extra ranch dressing out which only the ranch made to the table because instead of Tabasco he brought

Very nice well done and the server was very polite black white and Asian don't remember her name but she needs a raise she brought life to the Experience. O and the bathrooms smell like bleach well deep cleaned!!!!

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is a fantastic dining choice! I recently enjoyed their salmon with double steamed broccoli and baby carrots, which was delicious and healthy. I also tried the grilled shrimp Alfredo, creamy and rich, paired with crunchy garlic bread. The honey croissant was a sweet finish to the meal. The customer service was excellent; our server was polite and attentive, making us feel valued. Plus, the restaurant was clean, with spotless silverware and cups. On this day, the wait time was super short, so we got seated quickly and enjoyed our meal right away! Overall, Cheddar's offers great food and a welcoming atmosphere definitely a place I would recommend!
