Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

We moved to the area recently and saw there was a Cheddar’s nearby. We have been to a Cheddar’s before and loved it. It was not too busy, it seemed. We came in for a sort of late dinner, we arrived close to 7:30. We were seated immediately and Owen was our server. I ordered the grilled pork chops with corn and a loaded baked potato. The honey butter croissants were amazing as usual. The grilled pork chops were delicious. They were very tender and not dry, which can be tough to achieve with pork chops. The sauce was good and the grilled onions tasted great. The corn was good, and the loaded baked potato was amazing. The atmosphere and environment here is very comfortable. The prices are decent and the service was great as well!

We’ve been to this location, and enjoy Cheddar’s food, but the service isn’t the fastest or greatest here, so this evening we used the app to do a curbside pick up. We got home and we were missing condiments that requested when we placed the order on the app, called the restaurant and reminded them to add, AND told the curbside staff that came out to tell us the food was going to be out a little later than the text said. I didn’t think I’d need to check the bag before coming home since I literally asked 3 different ways for ranch dressing, but I guess I was wrong. The wraps we got were stale and had about 1/2 the chicken they usually have in them. I thought it was absurd that they requested a tip for curbside pick up when I paid but I left one anyway…. never again.

Super great service and food. I took a picture of my leftovers because I forgot to take a picture of the actual meal. Had the Monte Cristo and it was so delicious. Definitely would go to eat at again.

Went to Cheddar’s today for the first time. We received a table we did not like, and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating and moved us. We ordered the Cajun chicken bowl, appetizer trio, and vegetable plate. We specified that we cannot consume any pork or beef due to alpha gal syndrome. We requested that all food be made without pork or beef. The entrees arrived before the appetizers and before the soup. The Cajun chicken bowl had large chunks of pork sausage which was not indicated on the menu. The baked potato soup also had bits of bacon even though we requested no bacon. The Cajun chicken bowl was replaced with the fish and chips which took over 25 minutes to get to our table. After all of this, the manager personally came to our table and offered to comp our entire meal due
