1st time wife and I came to Cheddars... The prices are excellent for what you pay and what you actually get...worth it! Not even going to mention the honey butter croissants because you cannot describe something soooo deeelish!!! Was seated and then served by JOE... He service was spot on! Zero complaints from us and he was a great dude! Our appetizer was the onion rings...BOOOM!!! We ordered a burger and fries... And fish and chips with shrimp! The buger was cooked perfect and was hot and fresh when it came to the table.. The sides of fries were hot and delicious. The fish was lightly battered and flaky.. The shrimp were lightly battered and amazing!! Joe was great! Food was great! Cheddars is great!! Thank you!!!

We’ve been to this location many times over the last year and a half, primarily due to it’s convenient location. Our initial impression was good- the food was hot, fresh and tasty. Portions were generous, and the price was fair. Several months ago our server informed us that they had lost their experienced kitchen staff, which explained the poor quality of food we experienced. Unfortunately, several more visits later, and the quality has degraded further. I honestly can say now, that we won’t be going back. Every single item, from the croissants to the cold fries, to the chicken tenders, are vastly different. It’s a shame. I highly doubt this location will last much longer in Naples. I’d compare the food to a Perkins-type restaurant. There are much better choices now. It used to

Cheddars is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve been to multiple locations and the food and service has always been 5 stars. I’ve gotten a variety of food and everything been great. Steaks are amazing. Love the charbroiled flavor and the added butter. Shrimp Alfredo is spectacular. Best Cesar salads.

1st time at a Cheddar’s. It was FANTASTIC! The atmosphere is beautiful! The service was friendly and on top of things.& the food was absolutely delicious!!! I would definitely recommend and plan to visit again! I personally got the rack of baby back ribs, and they were the best I have ever had at any restaurant! & you have to try their southern green beans! YUMMY! Their cheddar bites were so much better than any mozzarella stick I’ve ever had & their portion sizes for each dish are more than enough! Only negative -We were told how wonderful the carrot cake was going to be, but when we ordered at the end of our meal, there was no more available for us to have.

I ordered a steak and shrimp combination with salad and potato along with a kids chicken tenders online.  The croissants are incredible and the fried shrimp were good but not good enough to make up for the rest.  The steak was overcooked and lacked flavor...potato and salad were just ok.  Kids meal missing drink and paid extra $.99 for bacon on a loaded potato.  Didn't seem worth it.
