Customer Reviews
We travelled home this weekend for some events and decided to have dinner at this location. It was the best decision, hands down. Our service person was Ty. She can teach a Master Class in customer. She was friendly, patient. She asked questions for clarity and answered all of our questions. The order came in parts but each item we ordered was correct. She was attentive to our needs through our entire stay. Ty is indeed the gold standard. The food was delicious and filling. The atmosphere was on point. We will be back.
Service sucks. Couldn’t get a refill to save my life. Food came out extremely delayed. 4 out of our 5 meals had portions of the orders missing or incorrect. One of the meals were terrible (fish fried extremely hard) we told the waitress, she didn’t even say anything - not even an apology or send the manager our way. We even showed her how majority of the fish was picked over and how the entire other fillet wasn’t even touched - again - nothing. Then she left the dishes on the table, every time she walked by she forgot to bring refills and she never thought to take a dish to clear the table as we finished appetizers and croissants. Mind you - it wasn’t even busy. Recommendation: train your wait staff on conflict resolution and prioritization.
Came back again, great experience, waitress was terrific, food great and reasonable, and my Painkiller was awesome. Signature move with the honey dripping biscuit to start things off. Had the chicken pot pie was delicious! Finished it off with the chocolate cake and ice cream, out of this world, superb!! Great concept but as we were finishing the entire kitchen staff walked out, apparently was very hot in the kitchen. The food we had was very good took quite a while to get it. Had the pineapple sirloin was very good, and chocolate cake with ice cream for dessert which was also very good. The place itself was very nice. Hope they can work out the issues with kitchen staff as I’d like to go back next time I’m there!
Our dine-in experience at Cheddar’s on December 30th was unacceptable from start to finish. We waited well over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. By that point, all three of us were exhausted and ready to leave. The restaurant was not very busy, yet it felt clearly understaffed or poorly managed. To make matters worse, we watched another couple who sat down just minutes before us order, receive their food, eat, and pay before we ever received ours. The food quality was just as disappointing as the service. Our croissants were not glazed at all and instead had strings of butter on top, which was unappetizing and far below the standard you’d expect. It was honestly a slap in the face to watch guests who were seated after us receive fresh-looking, properly glaz
I do not recommend this place.. See captions below the pictures, they tell a story. Our first problem started with our seating. Luckily a server came over and asked if we had been addressed and we told him no, so he went to ask where our server was come to find out no communication because our server was on the other side of the dining room. When we finally got our server, it was a younger kid. He was very nice not very knowledgeable and not very experienced with handling food. Every few minutes a door with bang so loud, I jumped in my heartbeat out of my chest. They did give us the sampler appetizer for free because of the mixup with the seating, but that did not make up for the food. It was horrible. If you value your inners, don’t eat here.
