It was AMAZING! Best burger I have EVERY had in my LIFE. Their wings are amazing as well and I love how customizable everything is as well. It genuinely feels like the opportunities are endless. Saeiedes was an absolute sweetheart and just made the entire experience so so so much better. All love to this place as it was an amazing experience in every aspect and I will 100% be coming back as often as I can.

i loveeee cheeseburger bobbys. had to come here on national cheeseburger day to celebrate of course. me and my boyfriend come here at least once a month because its one of our favorite spots. the service is quick and easy every time and the food always tastes amazing. my favorite part is how you can customize your burger and fries all yourself. no complaints about this wonderful restaurant.

We love cheeseburger Charlie’s (that is what we call it). We go there very often if we are in the mood for a good burger. We love our fries extra crispy - and boy it is good!!

This used to be a fantastic burger place. The fries were amazing but lately the fries have a weird consistency and taste funny I found out they changed the way they make their fries and it is not the way it was we were very disappointed. Not sure if this is in all the places but the one on exit 14 off 400. Staff is still great.

So pretty much everything was good. Food was good, service was good (she was new so a little slow but ok) however.... you can only "make a meal" from 2 burgers... if you choose another burger off the menu, you pay nearly $5 for fries or onion rings and nearly $3 for a medium drink. A bit absurd to pay $17 for a meal. Prices are steep especially when you're serving your own drinks and your own toppings. $38.55 for 2 burgers, 1 order of fries, 1 order of (only 6 for $4.99) onion rings and 2 medium drinks. Would be cheaper to go to Red Robin so I think I'll do that next time... at least there it's endless fries an drinks and actual service.
