Came in right at dinner time. Staff was very busy but the service and food quality were excellent. Everything was hot and fresh and made to order. The tomato soup served with the OG cheeseie was rich and very flavorful! We will definitely be back to try more! Also great happy hour options Monday through Friday!

Ny family was so excited to check this place out. It was quite a disappointment. As soon as we walked in, we ordered a few of the happy hour specials - fried PBJ, sweet potato fries, tater tots, steak fries and a grilled cheese for our 1 & 3 year old. We wanted to get a good sampler of their options. That food took 30+ mins to come out. The fries were luke warm, not crispy and bland - even some freezer burn taste. I would compare the tater tots to cooking great value brand tots in the regular oven. My wife and I ordered the prime rib and caprese sandwich. I am always one to finish mine and the rest of my wife’s. Wasn’t worth it.. we ended up leaving half hers there and all of the fries we ordered. My kids wouldn’t even eat the fries. Food portions are good. Only ate half of my Mac sandwich, then brought the other half home. It reheated in the air fryer pretty well.

Cheesie’s is one of our favorite spots in the city and now they have one in Tinley! The grilled cheese sandwiches are next level, perfectly crispy on the outside, melty and packed with flavor on the inside. They’ve got tons of options, but even the classics are done right. It’s super kid-friendly, which makes it an easy go-to for our family. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. Great food, great vibe, and a place we’ll definitely keep coming back to!

The food was delicious! Definitely would recommend for the food. And the prices were great! The chalkboards for kids were great too. However, two things that killed it for me. First, the waitress went outside right after we sat down for a smoke break. She came back and fumigated the whole table. Very unprofessional and off putting, especially considering that we were just getting over having colds, and the smoke immediately triggered our coughs again. Second, there was an automatic tip of 20%! Absurd! The service was not commiserate of that. Especially after the whole smoking incident. I understand having an automatic gratuity for large groups, but we weren’t even a large group. 6 people divided into two tickets is a little ridiculous.
