There were so many options at the food truck park but I am so glad I chose Chef Amanda's. Everything was better than expected. The steak Cubano was delicious, meat was tender, bread was toasted perfectly. The regular Cubano was even better. To top it off the rope vieja was wonderful. The rice was so soft and fluffy, the meat was tender and juicy and the plantains were magnificent. So flavorful and just the perfect crisp. Chef Amanda's is the best place whether you are local or visiting.

We tried Chef Amanda’s food truck after a long day, and it was absolutely worth it. We ordered the ropa vieja and the asado, both came in very generous portions and were full of great flavor. Authentic, comforting Cuban food done right. We made the drive from Orlando Premium Outlets, about 30 minutes, and we would gladly do it again. After a long day, this kind of food really hits the spot. You can tell there’s a lot of care and passion behind each dish. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real Cuban food. We’ll definitely be back.

Chef Amanda’s food is absolutely amazing! Everything tasted fresh and full of authentic Cuban flavor. The service was super friendly, and you can really tell they care about their customers. I definitely recommend trying the fried cheese, ham croquettes, and the tamal con masitas de cerdo — all three were incredible! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Being raised in Miami and moving to Central Florida it has been hard finding good authentic Cuban food. After 4yrs, I’m so happy to have found them. The food reminded me of home and it was amazing. They were so nice and warming. Definitely recommend trying them out. I had their pork with moro, yuca, maduro, and avocado. AMAZING.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Cuban Food Truck! I was blown away by how authentic and flavorful everything was! The food tasted just like home perfectly seasoned, fresh, and cooked with care. The tamales were honestly the best I’ve ever had. And the arroz con pollo arancini… OMG OMG OMG! That was the craziest (and most delicious) surprise you’d never guess it had yellow rice inside! The sauce on top ties it all together and makes the flavor truly unforgettable. My kids loved the queso frito with guava sauce, the chicharrones and the tostones rellenos with enchilados shrimps. Can’t wait to go back and try more! 🇨🇺🔥
