We’ve been ordering from ChefCo for over 15 years, and our New Year’s order was the first under the new management. There were some noticeable improvements but also significant growing pains. On the positive side, most of the food tasted better than before and overall the flavors seemed improved. However, the pork fried rice had very little pork. Luckily, we had also ordered boneless spare ribs, and ended up using those ourselves to make up for the lack of pork in the fried rice. The biggest challenge by far was the handling of pre-orders. We ordered four days in advance for a 6:00p pickup on New Year’s, yet we ended up standing in the very small pickup area until 8:25p. It became clear that pre-orders were kept in a plastic envelope and were not “started” until you arrived and said you

Tried this spot for the first time the other day and I was pleased! The staff is so friendly and helped me come up with a combo plate. The food was both hot and fresh AND tasty! I think we found our new go to Chinese food spot.

We have been ordering the wonton and chicken noodle soup for years at my work. Prices have definitely gone up and the delivery cost is a bit much, but excellent soup and Vietnamese shrimp spring roll. Well, I just found out they are only open 3 days a week, so that is not so great

Call 12/30 to place an order for PU 12/31 at 7pm. I offered to oay in advance and she declined. My wife showed up at 7:05 and the woman at counter went over to a box and took out an order slip and stuck up on the line. They hadn't even started the order. They continued to answer the phone and take orders even though they couldn't handle the volume they already had. Our order wasn't ready until 8:40. They NEVER even apologized. They gave us boneless spare ribs we ordered bone in. They are going to run this business into the ground. Order at your own peril.

Noodles over cooked and hard, chicken rubbery , $100 for barely any food only feeding 3. I don't leave bad reviews normally but when I feel like I've thrown money away it's hard not to.
