Chef's Drive-In

Locals suggested this place for breakfast - and I loved the biscuits and country ham even though they were a bit crumbly. The home fries were on point! Chefs drive in has a big parking lot if you're in the area and locally, I'd definitely go there before I'd go to Hardee's or Mickey Ds

Customer service great when I come in.. Not so much when the hubby is the only one going in… I will leave it at that.. Plus if you are parked behind one of the workers waiting on your husband to come out 2 of the women one who is eldery will start making assumption about why you're parked behind them and the bad part The elderly lady who works there wasn’t even parked in the parking spot she was parked where you’re supposed to be able to drive around in the parking area but as I said this would’ve been a whole different situation in my heart I believe if it wasn’t for my husband walking in there very sad they have excellent food but the worst customer service the worst attitude on some issues especially in this time and day by the way (and this is solely for the workers that work there )my

We had never eaten there and thought we'd give it a shot. We were greeted by a nice lady and explained we could get lunch or breakfast. I had sausage gravy and potato wedges (they call them home fries) and my husband has the porkchops breakfast plate. (It came with 2 thin pork chops, egg and potato wedges) My sausage gravy csme out first. The sausage gravy DIDN'T HAVE ANY SAUSAGE in it. My husbands plate came out 18 minutes later. (Yes I timed it) My husband requested a side of sausage so I could add it to my gravy. The sausage was awful, and the gravy was canned. My husband thought his porkchops tasted funny, so I took a bite. It tastes like it was freezer burn. Nobody came to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. LG. $5 milk shake the best I ever had in my life!! I GOT THE STRAWBERRY 🍓 CHEESE CAKE SHAKE!! YUMMY! frys were good 👍 Cheese burgers not so great, they tasted like they were cooked in the oven, no flavor at all and were Luke warm. Not sure if there's a filler in the meat but me and my husband are still full from yesterday's lunch, and our tummys hurt.

Ordered two chuckwagons w/ fries to go and they were delicious. Will stop here again when I'm in the area.
