Chefs of the Caribbean

I was really impressed with the Jamaican patty we got from Chefs of the Caribbean. It was hot and fresh and had great flavor, plus it was very reasonably priced by airport food standards!

Eating area is full of trash & dirty. The food I ordered was cold, after it was “freshly made”. Plenty of employees around to clean up the eating area. Unfortunate experience.

Excellent meat Patty's. Surprised at how good it was that I had to walk all the way back to get another. I tried the spicy beef Patty first time then for a jerk chicken patty. I will be back the next time I'm in MIA.

I am a frequent traveler and I look forward to getting something extremely healthy and fresh to eat when I go through Miami International Airport and Chefs of the Caribbean is one of my favorite stops. I can definitely depend on getting something healthy and fresh.Thank you Chefs of the Caribbean

You can tell they care another about the products their providing. The Sour Sop Juice is fantastic! Very clean and organized. I'll try to order food next time.
