Chengdu Memory Hotpot 蓉城老火锅

Seven of us came here on a Friday night. I understand sometimes you can't find parking space here. But since we arrived early there was no problem. This is a pretty new Hot pot restaurant. It went through the preparation for a couple of years. The restaurant is pretty big. All the food was fresh with a huge selection. The service was excellent. We had a couple of friends that cannot eat hot spicy food so I'll need to come back again soon to try their hot spicy broth.

This hot pot spot was overall just average. Food: The ingredients were fresh and presentation was standard, but the flavors lacked depth and authenticity. Nothing really stood out, making the meal forgettable. Service: The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. Staff checked in regularly and made us feel well taken care of. Ambiance: The restaurant felt crowded, especially the sauce bar, which was far too small and constantly packed. Parking was also a major hassle—we had to park ten minutes away and walk. Value: Considering the average food, cramped setup, and parking inconvenience, it didn’t feel worth it. Despite the great service, I probably won’t be returning.

Fantastic Sichuan hotpot experience! The food was delicious with rich, authentic flavors and plenty of fresh ingredients to choose from. What really stood out was the friendly, attentive service—staff were patient, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. It’s also very kid-friendly, which made our visit stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! 🌶️🍲

service is great, we got our coat covered and the soup was added a couple times without us needing to ask. Meat is fresh, beef and lamb and duck hand(鴨掌） are great options. We’ll come back soon. Parking is about limited but acceptable

The hot pot here is great, but what really stood out was the manager’s service. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. You can really tell they care about the customers.
