Could not tell you if the food was good. We came in, was told to have a seat, sat down and then they told us to leave becasue they were at capacity. Not do you mind waiting because we are at capacity, not i am sorry we have to many customers right now, just we cant serve more than 4 tables, would you like your food to go. Granted, i get when there i no where to sit and to many customers, but we sat in what was clearly an empty table and still got told, not to wait, just that they are at capacity and they wont serve us. What sucks is that i have not gone out to eat near where i live in a long time and was looking forward to it, so maybe a sign or removal of the obvious extra table if you only attend 4, remove the extra ones so there is no confusion and people wont feel discriminated against

Overpriced! LoMein taste like the store bought Maruchan noodles, overcooked because they were kind of mushy and they were thinner then I’m use too. Crab Rangoons had NO crab, only cream cheese and the server didn’t mention that. When I mentioned the non existent crab to the cook his response was “no crab, only cream cheese. You want or no?”. I didn’t get a “I’m so sorry for the misunderstanding OR perhaps I can offer you something else instead since this is not to your liking”! Where’s the customer service? With this place being so freaking pricey and food being a 1 out of 10, you would think that the customer service would at least go above and beyond for their guest. This what I get for cheating on my favorite Chinese food place in Gilbert. DO BETTER CHENS

Placed an online order for Door Dash delivery. The Beef Chow Fun had NO BEEF, lots of egg, NO BEEF. Called restaurant and was told the manager said to bring it back in and they will remake it. There are reasons customers order online for delivery one being they cannot get to the restaurant and that is exactly why I ordered online. Asked for another option and was told that is it. Bad business, especially for a regular customer. Get your business in order, how dare you send incomplete orders at premium prices and just expect to inconvenience the paying customer even more than you have already done by leaving out the beef in Beef Chow Fun. Funny because you don't have Chow Fun on your menu only Beef Chow Fun as a Chefs Special, so really how hard is it to get it right???? You need to

Update Nov 2024. Something’s changed. And not in a good way. My wife and I had the family dinner - Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Family meals come with two fried shrimp, two egg roll, choice of several rice options, and a choice of soup. You cannot order two types of soup or two types of rice, so even though our tastes are different, we agreed on the vegetable rice and wonton soup. The wonton soup portions were served in individual containers and so I do not understand why we could not order different types. Also, the soup is NOTHING like it was just a year ago. The portion was small but more importantly, it was prepared with what was either a cabbage leaf or a lettuce leaf. All of the crunchy veggie add ins from the last time we ordered are now gone. been to this place multiple times to order food. while i was on lunch break, i decided to order some food to go, but decided i wanted to end up eating in. a staff member that was a male came out and said we order to go we cannot eat our food there with an ugly attitude. i don’t recommend anybody to come here..
