Got my son's updated immunisation shot with no hassle! Didn't get in into the office until after 4 and the staff was professional and prompt. They took care of everything and made the experience as pleasant as could be. You can obtain vital records here, shots, and a plethora of other services. I was able to get paperwork for my son and daughter, immediately. The office is child friendly and updated to make you feel welcome. I called here because I was barely getting assistance with my kids actual doctors office in one of the most trying times of my life. My actual doctors office didn’t take the time to assist or provide me with anything helpful. They offered me appointment for late September as their best option when I needed an appointment to get my kids enrolled in school. Mind you it’s June. I called the board of health and I got the most sweetest employee. She took the time to look my children up one by one and let me know what was needed for each of them. She pre printed the forms that were already complete that I needed to enroll them and she scheduled me for the next available appointment which was one day away. She was so kind and patient with me. Dr. Amy was incredible during my annual checkup. She listened thoroughly to my questions and concerns, and she put me at ease through the process of examining. She was extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely be booking my annual exam with her again next year!

I was helped by a woman named Lisa in getting my daughter‘s birth certificate. She could not have made the process easier. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. As a busy working new mom I was so appreciative of her customer service and knowledge. Thank you Lisa!
