Cherry's Caribbean Palace - Jamaican and Soul Food Bethlehem PA

For all of the rave reviews I found Cherry's to be subpar. My meal didn't have any flavor to it And was kind of dry. The Oxtail were tender but no taste & for 30$ I would think I would more than 5 pieces of Oxtail

Absolutely incredible! This Jamaican takeout spot, run by the sweetest mom-and-son duo, blew us away. We ordered curry chicken, jerk chicken, and oxtail — every single dish was packed with authentic flavor and cooked to perfection. They were unbelievably fast, the portions were generous, and the prices were more than fair. Any reviews saying otherwise are dead wrong — this place is a gem. We will 1000% be back. Highly, highly recommend!

I stopped in here at cherries today to try out their food and it was beyond Delicious. I got the pork ribs with her special Jamaican barbecue sauce. I also got the mac & cheese, which had a little kick and a side of the collard greens. Everything was great and it hit spot.

MY OPINION! FOOD IS HORRIBLE and definitely not worth the price! Yesterday was my first time ordering. I was cravinnnnng Caribbean food and lord knows my hopes failed me big time. First off, the mac and cheese - WTH?!! It didnt even taste like it. It was soggy, not cheesy and had a weird smell and taste. The jerk chicken was the quarter of a whole chicken (leg and thigh) SMALL and soooo dry! The rice and beans wasn't too bad but had no gravy to give it that taste I was craving. OVERALL I WAS DISSATISFIED following the other reviews, i’m not sure if them people ever had real Caribbean food. Sorry to sound harsh as I mean no harm - just definitely not my preference. So upset truthfully i wasted $45 ….

Small Restaurant... the son Tony up front is great but the magic really comes from his mother in the back! The best oxtail and cabbage I have ever put in my fat mouth... best beef patty I've ever had too! Jerk chicken was the spiciest I have ever eaten in my life... Truly Authentic!
