You know I haven't been able to work very much at all since I've had my son and I've depended on WIC to help pay to feed my son. Well every time I have an appointment I feel very judged and whoever is working in the Chester office always has a chip on their shoulder and they take it out on me. The employees at this Chester office are ALWAYS rude and make you feel ashamed for needing assistance in feeding your baby. I would recommend that you call any other office but this one. I have never been so disrespected on several occasions and I will not be associating myself with these inconsiderate people again!
The staff here was so friendly and helpful i go here for WIC for me and 2 of my kids and they walked me through everything have me time to get my things together and postponed my apt so I wouldn't have to wait months for another apt
If you plan on getting a covid test go early!! They have no organization waited 3 hrs almost for them to keep skipping me going to different cars it's messed !!!
