Chester's Chicken / Shamrock Market

It’s my third time coming to Chester’s Fried chicken. Best fried chicken around! The biscuits are better than Popeyes and KFC biscuits! The crunch to the chicken is perfect. It’s always guaranteed fresh! Which I can appreciate because most places have their chicken laying out for long periods of time, but not this place!

Went here on a whim while stopping at Big Y. Soooo glad I did. The chicken sandwiches were amazing! One had honey garlic sauce and it was so fricken good. The chicken was in huge pieces, nice and crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. Also plenty of pickles 💚 will definitely be stopping here many more times! I'm pleasantly surprised with just how good everything was

This is consistently the best Chester’s I have ever eaten at, and I’ve tried my share of them. I’ve been ordering from them for around 6 years now- the staff is always friendly, courteous, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I’ve never had chicken from them that tasted like it was sitting under a warmer for hours, I’ve found they strive to make food as fresh as possible. It’s one of my favorite go-to places for takeout dinner for all of the reasons above, and my friends who have either never tried Chester’s or have had a less than good experience at other places always love it. I don’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The food is amazing. I had chicken tenders and chesters sauce with a biscuit (my favorite) and my husband had Buffalo chicken sandwich. This is our 3rd time here in a month. The customer service is on point. If your in the area of St James Ave in Springfield I'd definitely make a stop.

Best chicken in the area, save your money from Popeyes or KFC and buy their food. Very friendly staff, something you don’t get from kfc or Popeyes. Food is always fresh, keep it up, very much appreciated
