Concur with previous review 100%, We have enjoyed many excellent chicken dinners over 40 years, last Saturday was a disappointing exception. Seated at a table just before 5, not served until close to 5:40, after tables seated later than us (IDK maybe they called ahead) Servers apologetic, kitchen seemed backed up, chicken overcooked, breading falling off, broasted potatoes soggy and stuck together on serving plate. Understandable that Sunday hours eliminated, but hope food quality returns??

Love Chet & Emil’s! Delicious broasted chicken, fun potatoes and fabulous coleslaw! My friend I was with family owns it so she knew the whole restaurant! It was fun meeting all the people plus the place is very cool! There is a bowling alley that can also transform to a dance floor!! We had a great time and will return! We also stayed in the cute motel next door! Fun!!

Being the only ones there for first 30 minutes but being served after 2 different couples came later was annoying and our dinner came Luke warm and broasted potatoes were burnt but not even hot, butter never melted over them. After being a customer of over 30 yrs, I will give them one more try. Hoping they just had an off day. This was a Saturday @ 4:00.

Wish I could give 500 stars! We drive up from Milwaukee just for the fish fry! Its the BEST we've had and their chicken is LEGENDARY! Kind and sincere service at unbeatable prices and a great small town vibe... Chet and Emils is PERFECTION!!!!

Don’t walk. RUN to Chet & Emil's, Inc. for the best damn broasted chicken you will ever find. My mother-in-law cleaned the bones off on her plate. It was that delicious. Let’s start with the broasted potatoes. OMG! Do you see the BUTTER on them? They must slice up and entire potato and drop it into the broasted. No “wedge” fries masquerading as broasted potatoes. And the dang coleslaw? Creamy, with just the right notes of vinegar. This is my new favorite coleslaw in the area! And finally the main attraction: the chicken. Hot, and crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. I hate wasting food, so I always get the two-piece meal, all white. I have yet to leave hungry. If you walk - and don’t RUN - to Chet & Emil’s, we cannot be friends. UPDATE: we went there again tonigh
