In the past I've gotten food from here but the quality has gone down hill. Some of the main food had no taste, today is got 3 tiny pieces of carne con papa with one potato and no sauce. Ordered arrow con leche yesterday and it's was horrible and they packed a ridiculous amount of cinnamon. It's sad because I remember the food being excellent and alot of food for your money. I hope they realize this and work on the quality control and bring back the taste and quality that has fed so many generations in hialeah.

Their service for seniors is criminal! My mother-in-law receives lunches daily as an elderly benefit. The meals are borderline abuse. Chicken undercooked, other meat burned, they send a menu and they send you what they want and not what you ask for. When you call to complain everyone laughs at you and ignores the complaint. They only tell you that you can leave if you want because they have over 1600 "cantinas". My mother-in-law is lucky that we check her food, I feel extremely sorry for the other elderly folks that cannot complain and have to eat the food because they have nothing else to eat. They are going to kill an old person with food poisoning. We have reported them to our social worker, let's see if anything comes of this.

Very poor quality I asked for masitas de puerco as you can see on the picture the piece on the right all manteca del el puerco and the little piece on the left was the only little piece of pork. I asked for carrots and they sent me a spoonful of green beens. This place is not worth the money. And the food is not good tasting at all.Do not get the cantina.

Stay away! This 'cantina' at this restaurant tastes horrible and is very badly made. We tried to cancel the order because it was so bad and they still processed the credit card and continued to bring the food the next week. When they showed up again and called again to cancel, they said we had to continue to receive it for the rest of the week. My grandmother has had to throw away the delivered food everyday from how bad it is. When I called to ask them to cancel and refund, the woman on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Then they block the calls so they don't need to speak to you again.

The cantina or catering was awful! Food is terrible ! I ordered for a week and canceled it right away.
