Great food. It’s always interesting trying new places. This is a food truck parked at the edge of the Orion gas station. There is a seating on the far side of the truck, but we had decided to get takeout. Portions were adequate and it made a good dinner for both of us. We had the chicken fried rice and the beef saltado. To make something like chicken and rice, two mundane ingredients, stimulating to the palate it takes skill. The same goes with the stirfry beef. Thankfully, the skill was there and each dish had a unique flavor. And that is, of course, what makes the place special. The passion and skill in producing the food from everyday ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to going back and trying other dishes.
Not gonna lie, Peruvian Chicha Fusion was a random-but-worth-it stop. It’s basically a food truck posted up in front of a gas station, but I was literally getting gas, saw it, and decided to try it because I was hungry. I planned to take it to-go, but the man working was super friendly and suggeated dine in. Turns out they’ve got tables in the back, so I ended up dining in, and it was actually a cool little setup. Lomo Saltado ,really good, but one weird thing. The flavor was magnificent , the rice was solid, fries were great, and the overall taste was on point. The only thing: at first the mea
One of my favorite places to eat in Sarasota. I order food from here at least once a week. All their sauces are delicious. I always order the sautéed beef spaghetti. If you mix in the green garlic mayo, and the red rocoto sauce, it is absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this Dish.
This place always hits the spot! The lomo saltado is the best I’ve ever had. Tonight I tried a dish called the (airport) The portion flavors and portion size were perfect. This might be my new favorite !Thank you, Eddie. I will be back.
Absolutely amazing empanadas! Affordable too. I get a couple of them a week, and they never disappoint. Grab a cold Inca Kola while you're there too, very refreshing!
