Ms. Eva gave me the best customer service I could receive. Professional, nice and courteous. She’s the reason why not only me but my coworkers also keep coming back. We know the food is going to come out great, and the customer service is going to be exceptional.
Took a while to get my food and when I did, my fries 🍟 were cold when I got home. I lived really close. The Delux sandwich and lemonade was great as per usual. The ordering process was easy and quick. The service was friendly and everyone seemed effervescent. The price of the food was about what I expected but with all things here in good 'ol USA, could be cheaper for what you get. Friendly and fast atmosphere. Cleanliness was peak, I did use the restroom which was spotless. Most memorable part of my visit I'd say was a few team memebers having a lunch break and sitting in the eating area, laughing and enjoying one another's company. My final thoughts are (since a.i. is asking) Whatever is making this group have a jovial spirit, keep it up and keep them adequately compensated please. Overa
I was in line waiting to get breakfast, I was in there at 10:28 am, they were taking to long, by the time I got to the register the guy couldn't let me get a breakfast fast chicken biscuit because "they stop selling" not my fault yall were taking long to take orders. How come the other employee let the people in font of me and its the same time for both of us. That's just not fair. Could have done right and let me get the biscuit, mind you the time was 10:33, its not like I came in there at 11 or something. Smh Good job Chick-fil-A yall could of done it right.
My husband just wanted to enjoy a delicious chic-fil-a meal today for lunch. Unfortunately he ended getting food poisoning later the same day. This establishment needs to do better. Y’all need better management, and better food service. I looked at other reviews to find that multiple customers have found things in their food that are very displeasing and unpalatable. This location is a disaster DO BETTER.
